Weave Filtration offers the highest quality custom manufactured filter cloths with the shortest lead times in the industry. Our range of fabrics includes Polypropylene, Nylon, and Polyester, both woven and felt.
Our strength is in selecting and/or custom designing the right cloth for your needs. Chemical compatibility, operational life, throughput, cake release, and cost are all factors that enter into our selection process. Our cloths are laser cut to exacting tolerances ensuring a perfect fit every time. Once cut, we then select the best components to design your finished product.

A stitched design profile with specific durometers and sizes can be tailored for each application. Best used in application with sticking/oily cake discharge as the cake rolls out of the web. Also used in larger applications where Core Blow is an important part of the cycle.
Heavy duty Marine Grade Vinyl used in applications where installing a rubber neck may be too difficult and time consuming. The Vinyl Neck is a heavy-duty alternative with its slick surface that doesn’t allow cake to stick or stay. Easy to install and is available in both Polyester for Low pH Applications and Nylon for Hi-pH Applications.
Original fabric design but has an applied specialty coating making the neck impermeable during the filtration cycle. Most widely used neck style, easy to install and is also available in Polyester and standard in Polypropylene.
Used in applications where percent solids in slurry is 1% or less and O-Ring Edge Sealing is needed. Caulking Cord Rope and/or O-Ring Cord Rope is stitched to the perimeter of the fabric to form a Stop-Sign Shape. Available in any style neck and material.
Easy to install, wrapping around the Filter Plate with hook and loop Velcro or Grommets with Zip Tie attachment. Most common style and is tailored fit per the specific Filter Plate. With our proprietary Filter Plate Library, we have the ability to quickly match almost any filter plate to provide an accurate cutting drawing; quickly, easily and direct to our Laser Machines to help reduce lead times.
With top and bottom; two rows, double needle stitched hems to secure hanging weighted rods. Designed for METSO VPA, LASTA and FLSmidth Mineral Concentrate Filter Presses. Available in both woven and nonwoven fabrics including 18oz, 24oz highly Glazed Needle Felt as well as Nylon and Polypropylene nonwovens designed specifically for Concentrate and Tailings Applications. Tailored fit with special attachments which can be used to increase the filter plate sealing surface for extended cloth life. Large Volumes and quick deliveries available.
